SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with White Peacock Clothing. We're committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase confirmation. Processing time may extend during sale periods, festive seasons, or for customized orders.

You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

- Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000
- Shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,000
- We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These are not included in the order total.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use these details on our courier partner's website to track the progress of your delivery in real time.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Net Banking
- Other secure online payment gateways

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we strive to dispatch every order within the stated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sale periods or festive seasons
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Courier partner delays beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us and we'll help track it down promptly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping charges may apply if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Email us at hello@whitepeacockclothing.com with your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
