We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Made-to-order and customized pieces are non-returnable
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email hello@whitepeacockclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll guide you through the next steps
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Size or color exchanges are subject to availability. We'll do our best to make it work.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund promptly.
